Vibrant Colour is a trading name of Vibrant Colour Limited, registered as a company in England and Wales, under company registration number 10456793. Our GB VAT registration number is 256 4390 90.

Any quoted estimated turnaround times only begin from the point at which Vibrant Colour confirms acceptance of your order in writing, and/or proof sign-off if necessary. Turnaround times are given only as an estimate, and may be subject to variation.

All quoted timescales are until despatch – your order will usually be delivered on the next working day after release from the production facility. This will be longer for highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland.

If your order is required for a specific date, we must be notified of this date at the time of order.  Our acceptance is based on delivery until 6pm by courier on the date given.

Express production services will incur an additional charge, variable depending on the speed required.

Vibrant Colour has the right to refuse to accept any job, at any stage before production begins. If a job is not accepted, and any payment has been made, a refund will be made in full.

Quoted prices for print and display products are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Quoted prices for promotional products are currently valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Payment for your first order must be made on a pro forma basis, in full, before production begins.

Subsequent orders from businesses and public sector customers will be subject to payment within 14 days.

Online customers must still make payment on a pro-forma basis ahead of production.

Ownership of goods is retained by Vibrant Colour until payment is received in full.

If an invoice is not paid by the due date; we reserve the right to suspend any work we are currently undertaking for you.

All amounts payable to us shall be payable upon the stated due date and interest at the rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate (for business to business transactions) will be payable on overdue sums calculated from the due date down to the date of actual payment.  Interest as previously mentioned will be payable both before and after judgement. As per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act (1998). You agree to pay costs that we may incur in recovering any amounts due and payable to us. Including without limitation, legal expenses.

Please note: All invoices not paid within 22 days of the due date will be passed for collection on our behalf.

The majority of products supplied by Vibrant Colour are subject to VAT, which will be charged at the standard UK rate, currently 20%.

All prices quoted will clearly state if they are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.

The majority of prices listed are exclusive of design. If design is included, it will be clearly specified.

Customers can either supply print ready artwork (specifications vary per product) or use Vibrant Colour to produce this.

Upon supply of artwork to Vibrant Colour, we assume you are the copyright holder or licensee of any assets used and any copyright law breaches of supplied material are the responsibility of the client.

Any fixed design cost given alongside a product is dependent on assets such as logos and images being supplied by customer.

All products for which design is not included, and a standard charge is not given, will be subject to an artwork fee of £30 per hour.

We reserve the right to make an ‘artwork redrawing charge’ of £30 if supplied logos for promotional products are not suitable. You will be notified of this before work begins, and receive a proof of the redrawn logo.

Artwork for standard A-series ISO 216 products such as leaflets, posters and flyers, where supplied in a print-ready format, will not be proofed back to you.

If you are supplied with a virtual proof, this generally does not take into account the finer details of a printing process, but is used to confirm artwork position, size, spelling and grammar.

Promotional products may be subject to an ‘origination/setup’ charge, for producing the physical template to brand your item. There may also be setup charges for additional colours.

All estimates will include a total cost inclusive of these charges, which will be itemised. A ‘per item’ cost inclusive of origination, screens, and delivery will also be given in most cases.

We reserve the right to make an ‘artwork redrawing charge’ of £30 if supplied logos for promotional products are not suitable. You will be notified of this before work begins, and receive a proof of the redrawn logo.

Due to the variety of printed products sold, a number of differing print and application processes will be used to brand your product. Reproduction will vary between these processes.

If you are supplied with a virtual proof, this generally does not take into account the finer details of a printing process, but is used to confirm artwork position, size, spelling and grammar.

Printed paper goods may be produced either using digital or litho presses at our discretion.

Due to the variety of print processes used in the production of our products, across our supplier partners, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Where exact colour matching is critical, a Pantone spot colour service may be available at additional charge.

The final colour appearance may vary, particularly when printed or applied onto a coloured item.

Supply or acceptance of a Pantone PMS colour does not guarantee an exact colour matching service unless explicitly stated.

Due to the nature of the production process, your order may be received with overs or a shortfall, which should be no more than ten per cent in either direction. Any overs are yours to keep, while any shortfall over five per cent will receive a pro rata credit on a future order.

Deliveries will usually be made by trackable courier direct from the production facility on a next working day basis from the time of completion.

Multiple items in a single order may be delivered separately at our discretion.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and remote areas may experience an additional charge and extended delivery time, which will be communicated to you with confirmation of your order.

Once the goods have been passed from the production facility to the courier we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred, though will endeavour to hasten the process where possible.

Signing for your goods is acceptance of receipt in good condition – we cannot process a claim for damage if the courier is not notified at the time of delivery.

As each order is bespoke and custom made, we cannot offer returns or cancellations unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order specification.

Vibrant Colour must be notified of any order meeting the criteria above within 2 working days of receipt. Goods signed for in poor condition or unchecked must be marked as such on your courier’s POD device.

High quality photographs of the issue should be supplied in the first instance so we can endeavour to resolve the issue with our production partners. Following photographic inspection, in some cases we may require the goods to be returned.

Where the issue is confirmed to be the fault of Vibrant Colour or our production partners, we will arrange for a reprint to be produced and despatched to you.

Once artwork has been accepted by us, and/or a proof has been approved by you, it should be accepted that this order now cannot be cancelled or adjusted as it will have entered production.

Our liability for late delivery where a deadline has been specified and agreed by us is limited only and entirely to the cost of the goods supplied. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses or costs you may choose to incur.
